About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Manager to join our growing team. Based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring all aspects of property management are handled with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Conduct ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections
- Handle repairs, maintenance requests, and liaise with trades
- Advertise, lease, and manage tenancy applications
- Negotiate lease renewals and rent reviews
- Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with Residential Tenancies Act
- Arrears management and resolving tenant/landlord queries
- Deliver excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in property management (preferred)
- Current Agents Representative Certificate (mandatory)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in property management software (Console, PropertyMe, or similar)
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
